Healing Hynotherapy sessions have been specifically designed by Sinéad to combine the benefits of both Energy Healing and Hypnosis. These sessions are 2 hours long, with an initial discussion with the client on their specific needs. Sinéad will then specifically tailor the session and use a combination of Hypnosis and Energy Healing to bring the client on a journey of inner healing and self-discovery.

These are very powerful sessions that involve exploration of the soul, connection with the clients Higher Self and deep physical and emotional Healing. Please note that these are not a replacement for QHHT sessions but they are a wonderful tool for support after a QHHT session and are included in Sinéad's QHHT Golden Support Package.

As a clinical hypnotherapist and mind coach Sinéad will discuss your needs during the discussion phase of the session. Sinéad will then guide you in a deep state of hypnosis where blocks and subconscious programming will be look at and suggestions made to reprogam the mind. Inner exploration, journerying and connection can all be facilitated in these sessions. Energy healing is also used to reinforce the releases that have taken place using powerful Quantum Healing. As an Intuitive Healer Sinéad will always be working with her own Guides to Facilitate these healings.

These sessions can be facilitated both online and in-person.

Please note that only on-line sessions are facilitated in the evenings and at weekends.
