Sinead's retreats are a safe healing space to relax, rejuvinate and align the mind, body and the soul in the beautiful surroundings of nature. These events are specifically created to support and upgrade the mental, emotional, physical and energetic system as a whole. Sinéad integrates all of her skills as an Intuitive Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist, QHHT practitioner, Mind Coach and Breathwork Coach to allow and create a space for deep and transformative healing to take place.
These workshops have been created with transformation in mind. Sinéad works closely with her own spiritual team to ensure a safe but powerful environment is created to allow for release of ancestral trauma, release of physical and emotional pain but most importantly everyone who attends receives activations through light codes which upgrades their own energetic systems for health, wellbeing and greater alignment with their highest selves.

This one day retreat is an opportunity to indulge in some self-love & inner work through rebalancing & healing your energetic system through guided meditation & breath work.
This workshop will be facilitated by Sinéad White, Energy Healer, QHHT Practitioner, Clinical Hynotherapist & Mind Coach. Sinead has facilitated workshops for over 7 years and has been working within the healing field for over 20 years.
